When appointed by a CRO/ Sponsor to be a Data Processor for a clinical trial we may process sensitive personal data on subject participating in a clinical trial. All clinical trial subject data has gone through a process of pseudonymisation before it can be received by us for processing. We only process clinical trial subject data in accordance with the instructions of the Data Controller (the CRO/Sponsor).
You may be a Director or representative of one of our customers or suppliers. If so, we will apply the principles outlined in this DPN when dealing with your information. We also have a legal obligation to retain CCTV images at our facilities to help prevent crime and ensure the security of our facilities.
